Oh man, I LOVE a great varsity jacket. driada_ifni attempts to bring it. I like the effort, but there are a few things I would change.

1. The embroidered name. Is that a name or a band or what? It’s hard to read and probably only meaningful to the original owner. Get that thread ripper out and go to town.
2. The X. Is that yellow with a green border? Do not understand. Do not get.
3. Straight Edge. It’s all about the chenille letters. This one appears to have been stitched. Stitched? Bummer. You can see the hop from letter to letter. And why the black and white scheme instead of yellow/green? Dunno.

One thing I do know, straight edge pride.

I like a good looking varsity jacket.

Yes, I know 99% of them are NOT vegan. But that doesn’t stop me from appreciating their styling.

This one … No idea. I can’t tell shit about it. I think it’s black (so says the detailed description). I think there is an “X” on the front. And according to the description, “Straight Edge printed on the back.” I’m not sure how you print words on a jacket, minus screen printing. I highly doubt someone screen printed on a varsity jacket.

Based on this pic and the description, despite being new, that opening bid price is a dream. A beautiful dream but a dream.

I love the look of a great straight edge varsity jacket.

It really evokes that youth crew look no matter what.

Gotta have those stitched on letters. Chenille lettering all the way.

I like this particular one very much. In fact, I almost didn’t post it here because I was hoping to keep it under the radar. Oh well. The more the merrier. Get in the pit, right?

Black body, white sleeves, giant X on the chest. Great look. I wish the seller had given more detail on brand and fit, though.

Anyone got a red and white one they want to bequeath to me?
