Seller lifextime is low on funds. Rent is due (the rent is too damn high), his gas tank is empty and he’s dying for some Chipotle. I understand how it goes. So what’s a guy to do? Sell your merch on ebay, of course. And I ALMOST know the right buyer. You guessed it folks, Tre of Deathwish Inc. He LOVES tie dye. But here’s the issue. He is not a Chipotle fan. His heart and vegan stomach belongs to Moes. Understandable. It’s all about the tofu. Maybe if Chipotle went nationwide with Gardein, it’d be a different story …

Truth Inside – Vision Street Wear

As a kid, I never owned any Vision Street Wear sneakers. Back then it was mostly Pony or Converse. One time I got some rad Airwalk shoes though, real early in the game. My mom got me the Prototype 600f Lavas (I didn’t cut off the lace saver though. The lace savers were AWESOME!). But I never got VSWs. My mom would always just point to the converse all stars two rows over and $20-40 cheaper. I was cool with that. I didn’t need some high end sneakers for kicking around in. I wasn’t really a skate rat, you know? Later my older brother ended up marrying a skate rat. She competed in events and won all sorts of cool shit (she definitely has one of those original Powell Peralta Lance Mountain deck CLOCKS!). I wound up buying her an ill VSW fanny pack for dog walking. My brother hates it but she loves it. Win-win. Does anyone thinking this story would be more appropriate for skatenoize.com? I do.
