If your ebay name is very*metal, the least you can do is up some actual metal items. Instead, this dude has about 10 Dropkick Murphys items. Nothing metal about that. Regardless, that DKM vest is pretty hot. Shout outs to Larry B.

So many good things in this video: larry sans moustache, a young doc rivers, dunks, 3s, the works. I’m getting a little emotional just watching this video. Good times.

The Dropkick Murphys – Not a Vest

Freshmen year, there was girl in my dorm who LOVED The Dropkick Murphys. She could be seen wearing this jersey OFTEN. And was always talking about how she had never missed a local show. Granted, this was 1997 and times probably changed. I know she rattled on and on about a particular hometown throwdown, but I would sometimes stop listening. She was also a big fan of Less Than Jake. Not sure if there is a connection there or what.

The last time I saw the Dropkicks (sort of) was in 2009. Stu had booked the Dropkicks at the House Of Blues in Boston and had got Bane on the bill. The Bane show was pretty cool for a bunch of faux drunk college kids. Some friends were in the house and even got to stage dive off a beer bar. Security was NYET pleased with that. If you can see yourself stage diving off a beer bar for the band, go ahead and grab this mid 90s jersey from xxxevilxxx666. Sporty Metal Monday: ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

janvanderdam has just blown my mind. Not only does he have a Dog Eat Dog jersey for every winter sport, but he ALSO has the same soccer style Dog Eat Dog jersey we saw the other day. I figured it was unique and never to be seen again (for good reason), but I was wrong. How has ebay come to a state where not one but TWO Dog Eat Dog soccer jerseys are listed at the same time? The mind wobbles.

Hit the ice! My other neighbor just built an ice rink in his backyard too. That makes two in a 4 block radius. Not bad.

Or hoops. Get it.

Now, Dog Eat Dog probably isn’t your classic metal choice. Then again, it’s probably nobodies ANY choice.

Oh man, smashdc! is a genius. This is a great way to sell tees. No joke. I clicked on this without even realizing it was a Snapcase soccer jersey from 1994. It didn’t matter. It is that compelling of a picture. Kudos, smashdc!, kudos. Great tee too!

If you are rooting for Germany, you will probably like this tee from seller untriedanduntested. Oddly, the Like It Or Not soccer jersey matches those german uniforms nicely. Of course, there is a big difference between Nike and Adidas. We all know this. I bet the LION Crew is rooting for England. Just a guess.

Soccer / football alludes me.

Every time NPR plays the BBC World Service, they go on and on about football. And every time, it sounds like something I want to get into it. Then I try to watch a match, and I just spend the whole time surfing the internet, reading comic books, making food, … pretty much anything besides watching tv.

So what am I missing? Someone clear this up for me. Or alert me when a big game comes up. Something that should force my attention. Do it.

Again posting more weirdo jerseys. Seriously why were/are there soooo many different jerseys?
Here is a simple h2o jersey for their 2000 spring tour. At least this one is pretty minimal.

A shiney satin-ish Snapcase soccer jersy from 94. Are they the first band to rock soccer jersey?! Anyone know other bands from that time period or earlier?

Grade Soccer Jersey

Ah, the mid 90s.

Back in the day, digging through second hand stores and goodwill was the “best” way to get a unique tshirt printed.

Lots of bands did it. Grab an old vintage tee, screen your logo over/onto it, and bam, one of a kind tee.

This is the Grade version of that.

They took it one step further by screening onto a wacky polyester soccer jersey.

The seller suggest that there are possibly 3 of these in total. They screened a few soccer jerseys during the making of Basketball Jerseys. Fuck, a Trial basketball jersey? Greg Bennick got ups, yo.
