Tomorrow is Metal Monday, and a teaser, we’re showing off these Death shorts from juncky88 (also because they’re gonna end real early on Monday, and we don’t want anyone to miss them).

The final post for Metal Monday this week is something that we have seen before, in the exact same size, and from the same seller. The difference is that now, they’re in a color scheme that more people could pull off… and since these are a hard pair of shorts to rock in 2011 even in plain old black and white, that matters a lot.

It’s gonna be a low key Metal Monday today. Jay Bil had a bunch of posts go up early this morning, and he gets to post so rarely these days that I don’t want to bump his stuff down off the front page with my usual barrage of Metal Monday mayhem just yet. So today we go with quality over quantity, thanks to seller maishisai (whose auctions “always start with the number of the Beast”, making him the perfect Metal Monday seller), who brings us these shorts perfect for summer skating:

These suck. NOT! I would rock the shit out of these with no shame (tho I don’t actually skate). Who knows, maybe I just will. I do love me some Anthrax merch, and I totally have the perfect tee to rock with it (shout outs to janvanderdam!)

Balls In A Vice.

I once owned a pair of Rampage shorts like the ones taylorkc is selling. Mine however, had red print and did not fit like a Large. Mine fit like size small bicycle shorts. I had to give them to my girlfriend to wear with her Rampage sports bra…

It looks like these are a different brand of shorts than my pair though, which is good, because those were some real ball huggers, let me tell you.

Day Of Danzig

It’s going to be one of those DAYS … Some of these items are 18 years old, and one is 8 years old. The cool factor continues through out the age. Check these tees, there are some gems.

Mongo Stomp Dept

It’s been over a month since our last Mongoloids post. I was beginning to think the Mongos (and their fans) had run out of merch to sell on ebay.

Thankfully, THEY DID NOT.

And again, they come back HARD with these Champion shorts. Just a great look. Granted, I would prefer just the phrase “Mongo Stomp Dept,” but I’d take the side print too if forced. Great look. Are these Champion jersey shorts too? Top notch.

I’m guessing there is a “limited” story behind these but the seller doesn’t give very much description. Do it.

Stop And Think Mesh Shorts

In the previous Supertouch post, on various message boards and via a few text messages, TeeTillDeath was being blamed for “blowing up auctions” to the point where the final sale prices were ridiculous. I believe this is known in the academic world as Causality. But I disagree.

These shorts were going to be my prove or disprove experimental item. I was holding off posting these (despite loving them dearly) because I wanted to see if they would “slide under the radar” without TTD support.

With 2 days to go, they are already over $100. I think it’s fair to say that TTD is not the sole contributor to recent high value sales. I think kids just have a lot of money to spend on hardcore gear lately. Who knew?
