Before the Great American Hardcore fest at Club Lido, I got to talk to JD from Shipwreck.

Mostly we talked about fortydaysrain, but we also managed to talk some Boston sports talk.

Dude’s mostly a Bruins head, but he can hang with the Celtics. No one could have predicted some of Sheed’s antics though. Whoooooffffff.

Boston Hardcore, represent.

Now maybe you are a Nets fan (LOL, like the Nets have any fans). Then this jersey is probably more appropriate. Take to the courts in style.

Post game, throw on this Mother Of Mercy tank top. Casali is looking for some good Mother Of Mercy gear. But please, no tank tops. The beach community will thank you. This particular tank was sold at the Sound And Fury Fest in 2008.

Burn Hood

I had one of these in the late 90s. Most seemed to be sold at the Burn reunion in 97. I didn’t go to that reunion (I know Jaybil did though), but I did go to the Burn reunion a few years later at CBGBs. That show was ILL. Cro-Mags, American Nightmare, and some band called Frontline. Frontline was this weirdo punk rock band full of skinny guys. They played the longest set ever that day.

As for this hood, it’s a good look. I seem to remember the hoods were all sort of small. I’ve met JD, and I don’t recall his head being that big. I think it’s just small hood.

WTF? A Mysterious Tee, A Crustache and Shipwreck

The seller of this tee claims it as a “Mystery??? T-Shirt (MD)???? isis CONVERGE hardcore.”

The rest of us know it is a Shipwreck tshirt based on the compass-like logo.

But what’s really important here is the seller’s keen crustache. A lot of you may not be familiar with the term crustache. You can see it living above this fellow’s upper lip. Breathe it in. Revel in the glory of it all.

It’s beautiful. Or is it just a shadow? No matter, it’s all crustache to me.
