Everytime I type Shipwreck I want to type out Shrimpwreck, I think its because I like shrimp more than them. I never really got into Shipwreck even though they were playing a lot of shows around here at one point. Oh well, I don’t care, its just not my style. Seller knockoutnj has a pretty cool Shipwreck jersey that has an interesting back design. This jersey is a nice change from a lot of their weird colored shirts. First Shipwreck hoodie?

Now I am no expert on Shipwreck merch so hopefully someone can chime in on this one. Seller jason1661 says this was the first Shipwreck hoodie and since most of their merch all looks same I wouldn’t really know. I think Garvey is a pretty good expert in this area so maybe he will pop in. I feel like Shipwreck was a band that just made the same design shirt in a bunch of different colors. I’m thinking that you could grab this for a steal.

Saturday night Garvey and I were mall walking in Burlington and someone in a Shipwreck hoodie approached Garvey and commented on his Title Fight sweatshirt. It was slightly awkward and he called it as we were walking closer to the group of mall teens. I could picture his new young fan wearing these brightly colored Shipwreck shirts with his multi colored skate shoes. They are both being sold by maxlbc.

I figured I would toss in these sweatpants being sold by basketofcobraz since I was talking about Shipwreck.

Tre is full of wisdom. You can see it in his eyes. He has a special message for all you Deathwish Inc and Shipwreck AD fans.

“If you are going to wear Shipwreck merch when your meth lab got busted, please consider wearing the jacket with the lower back print.”

Understandable. Look at this dude. Not a good look for Shipwreck. Now, if he was wearing the lower back print jacket, his hands would be cuffed over the logo. Better look for Shipwreck, that’s for sure.

MELTDOWN CREWNECK BOSTON HARDCORE

I saw Meltdown a handful of times and every time was awesome. I hate the fact that Boston has/had so many good band come out of that city. kevint39bq is selling this Merauder inspired crewneck. Shipwreck AD

Here are a couple of great Shipwreck items from sodoxmofo and patrickxjonathan. I always loved seeing Shipwreck. Great gigs, lots of mosh. Somehow, I always seemed to see them in Brockton. Lots and lots of Romans gigs with Shipwreck.One of my favorite Shipwreck gigs was NOT in Brockton though. It was actually at a Knights of Columbus hall in Lawrence, Mass.

August 27, 2006 @ KOC Lawrence Mass: Have Heart, Verse, Outbreak, Shipwreck, Guns Up, Betrayed, The First Step, Ambitions, Resist, Van Damage/Cruel Hand

Definitely a stacked lineup. Crazy stacked. You can see some of the footage from Wrench’s DVD series. Might just be the Betrayed set, but it’s a good one. Shipwreck killed it. So many friends, so many great sets. Lots of stage diving, lots of stage potatoes. The Have Heart set was stage potato heaven. It didn’t help that they had lots of tech issues. They went through 2-3 guitars and 2 basses. Just ridic. But sooo good. Just an excellent day.

Sometimes Lots Don’t Make Sense

Sometimes, lots don’t make sense. This is one of those times. Not sure what shutten87 is thinking. Lets lay out the contents here: Have Heart (tee and hood), Bane, Shipwreck, Kids Like Us, The Carrier, Think Fast Records & Alpha And Omega. This lot has less than 10 hours to go and is sitting at $50. That’s $6 per item currently. That’s a terrible return for the seller. Obviously great for the buyer. If the seller had broken out, at the least, the two Have Heart items, he probably could have got $50 for just the hood, and at least $25 for the tee … Oh well. Good for us bidders who wear mediums!

Oh hell yeah. Saturday morning. You know what this means!

A trip to the dump to hang out with Crazy Dump Guy. Can’t wait.

And the only outfit appropriate for this trip? Well, protectxyaneck knows what I’m talking about. He apparently knows a good look when he sees one. He doesn’t just have a pair of Fire & Ice sweatpants BUT he also has Shipwreck sweatpants. Great look!

Fun fact: I saw a kid in my neighborhood rocking Nike Banker Dunks and the brown Shipwreck wind jacket. Never seen him before, but he was definitely a local. He was digging stuff out of his trunk and bringing it inside. Kid, who are you? Speak up!
