You’ll notice something is missing from this Trial hood being sold by rulereporter64155. That’d be the string. And you know why? It’s because the string didn’t match. It was WHITE. A WHITE string on a BLACK hooded sweatshirt. It made no sense. Seriously. No sense. I stole one of these from Dalbec. He didn’t notice, of course. Actually, he had already moved out and left this buried under some stuff. Score one for me.

Vintage Soundgarden Louder than Love Blue Tour T-Shirt 1990
capt.spalding. was lucky enough to obtain the Soundgarden 1990 tour shirt. I don’t know if he went to any of the shows but at least he has one of these. I myself got my tickets for Soundgarden’s summer tour and will be seeing them in Philly. Hopefully they will have some new tour shirts with good designs. Shout out to Dead End Path on their recent Badmotorfinger shirt and Murphy for getting me one.
VTG Soundgarden Concert Tour 1991 Shirt
Well I’ve been quite on the Soundgarden tip, but here is a new one that just went up. janpenkrairat is selling this and many other vintage rock shirts from the 90′s. I’m trying to figure out how all these shirts ended up in Thailand. Did a UNICEF bag explode over the country dropping classic rock shirts? Oh that sounded bad I’m sorry bad form. Maybe he’s just a collector too. You know what I don’t even own a shirt like this so I have to be jealous of him. Still a pretty ugly shirt I can’t even make out what it is.
Soundgarden F#ck Happens T-shirt
I just don’t understand when people list items on ebay without properly posting pictures. chorizobandit is selling a vintage 1988 Soundgarden FUCK HAPPENS!! shirt. But how would you know that, without having a picture of the back of the shirt this means nothing. For all I know this could be a shirt for tourettes. On top of not properly posting pictures of this shirt the seller has gone and cut the sleeves off. Why people? Why ruin a perfectly good shirt. I guess FUCK HAPPENS! when you don’t properly post your items on ebay. Thanks for nothing.
SOUNDGARDEN-SUPERBADMOTORUNKNOWN
It looks like the demand for Soundgarden shirts is in full swing. Everyday I find something new going on Ebay. jelsicstern59 is selling these shirts from his/her kitchen. They actually make pretty nice mopine’s**. Imagine grabbing your pot of sauce with a vintage Badmotorfinger mopine. I guess it sounds pretty stupid, but then again I burned my hand yesterday because I didn’t have one when I grabbed my pot of sauce. This is one of the better designs, reminds me of Coop or even Pushead.
This is the standard Black Hole Sun shirt sold in local Sam Goody’s across the country.
I always liked the cover of this album but it did not translate well into a shirt graphic. At least not back then. This would probably have been better with discharge ink. Maybe even a different color shirt.
**Mopine- dish/cooking cloth
SOUNDGARDEN LS HOODED T SHIRT 1993 RARE
In the early 90′s there were some strange styles going on. I remember have a Stussy long sleeve hooded t-shirt. Yeah that’s right a hooded t-shirt. I don’t know who said it was cool to put a hood on t-shirt but they did. It’s a lot like a pocket on a t-shirt, completely pointless. I know nothing about this shirt except that it comes from the Badmotorfinger era. zork1212 is selling this Long sleeve hooded shirt which was apparently made by Brockmun, which I know for a fact made many officially licensed shirts from bands. However I’m not sure if this is legit, but I’m willing to give the seller the benefit of doubt. Either way it is a pretty ugly shirt, at least it has a cool sleeve print.
SOUNDGARDEN-LOUDER THAN LOVE-SCREEN STARS O.G.
zealsport is selling this nice Screen Stars Soundgarden Louder than Love shirt in white. I personally have never seen one in white hopefully its legit and not a boot from the 80′s. I definitely dig the white shirt for a change. According to the seller this was a tour shirt. I wish they would have included a shot of the back so we could see if has the tour dates or one those quotes like “Fuck Happens” or “Louder than Fuck”.
Here we have the black version of this shirt that acoolcloset is selling. If you notice the design is different. This image is taken from the album cover. The previous shirt has a different layout for the text similar to the Louder than Love promo posters. This is why I am not sure if the white shirt is a boot or not. If anyone knows let me know?
Soundgarden 1994 Superunknown Shirt
Soundgarden Superman question mark shirt. Well the real question should be why the fuck did Soundgarden make so many ugly shirts? This is the end result of big record labels and rock memorabilia companies making your merch. I would say hardcore doesn’t have this problem but then look at the garbage Victory Records puts out. Yet another puke color shirt with terrible graphics, and even an embroidered sleeve logo. What for I don’t know? The only good thing about this sale is that bmgrip21 is not trying to rip anyone off by charging something ridiculous for this crappy shirt. The bid is low so if you really want this you could afford it.
Another Soundgarden Long Sleeve SHIRT
So here we have another Soundgarden long sleeve shirt. I’m not sure if this is a boot or not. burnseraph has a reasonable BIN, but I don’t like the lack of description this item carries. I’m going to be taking a trip to Seattle sometime this year so hopefully I will be able to find Soundgarden merch up there. The image on the front has some serious cracking in the ink but I do like the double sleeve print. I wonder if there is a back print?
Temple of the Dog Rare Long Sleeve 4 Sided Shirt
What can I say? Four sided long sleeve Temple of the Dog shirt, a grunge fans wet dream. I have not seen one of these before and I’ll bet it will be a while before you see one again. jdcomix is parting with this I don’t know why. At least keep it and wear the shirt. The starting bid is high and no free shipping what’s up with that? I just want to make my my girlfriend buy this for me but there is no way I can convince her to. Let us take a look at the sellers description of this masterpiece.
“Up for auction is a rare promotional shirt for the band Temple of The Dog. This fantastic Seattle based band was a collaboration between members of Soundgarden and the newly formed Pearl Jam. Actually the whole project began when Chris Cornell’s former roommate, Andrew Wood died of a drug overdose just as his band, Mother Love Bone celebrated their major label debut. Other members of MLB included, you might know them, Stone Gossard and Jeff Ament. After adding a young prodigy, Mike Mccready on lead guitar, they joined Cornell and Matt Cameron to record the album. Eddie Vedder, who had recently joined Gossard and Ament’s new band, Mookie Blaylock arrived from the beaches of San Diego just in time to sing on the album. Mookie became Pearl Jam and Soundgarden continued. Although their self-titled debut album was a critical success it did not achieve commercial fanfare. After Nirvana and Pearl Jam exploded onto the scene in the Fall of 1991 the album was re-released with success. This shirt is an A&M promotional shirt available only at their re-release party. It was never available in concert they never toured unless you include a brief stint in 1991. You will rarely ever see this shirt for sale. I have only seen another one and it was this one that I bought years ago.Even if you don’t buy the shirt go out and buy the CD. This is one of the greatest albums ever made. These gifted angst-filled musicians managed to rise above a tragedy and produce a blues and rock fueled masterpiece that will forever stand the test of time”.
That last sentence is so true about that album. It is really hard to make a good collaboration Album but I guess everything was working in their favor. Now if I can just the price of this shirt to work in my favor everything will be good.
