Blacklisted Raw Deal rip

I knew that Blacklisted did a shirt with this design, but I had no idea that they did a zip up too. You don’t see a ton of people using this design a lot so I support it. I think this would have looked better on a pull over though, mainly because I like pull overs better. They did a good job of hiding the zipper on this hoodie.

My Reason….for loving this shirt

How perfect is the Raw Deal demo? Well of course you are thinking “pretty perfect!” and this shirt is such a classic. Killing Time has printed this shirt for their shows for a while and probably will keep printing this shirt, because everyone loves it. I would love to own a few Raw Deal shirts, but I think that might stay a dream, I don’t see it happening anytime soon. cthc89 is selling this shirt in gray, if you are able to catch Killing Time you could also pick it up in red and black.
I also like how Killing Time used the same design in the 90s, but it just said Killing Time instead of Raw Deal. The dealer is such a cool design.

Cold World Raw Deal ripoff

kidcrash123 has this older Cold World shirt from way back. Excellent Raw Deal ripoff graphic (Matt Solomon art i think? Somone correct me if Im wrong). Its been a while since I’ve seen one of these in person and its one of the few Cold World shirts ive never owned. Only .99 cents right now too so how can you go wrong.

Just Another Boot Leg?

I’ve already fired off a message to no-other-way but I figured I would let the peanut gallery weigh in. What do you think? Does this Killing Time tshirt look a little suspect to anyone else? The front pocket print is what is really confusing me. Normally, the print would feature clock numerals. But this one looks solid white … Bad picture – terrible white balance? Or boot? I wish he had mentioned the brand of the shirt. That’d help some too. Either way, when I hear back from no-other-way, I’ll make sure to update this post.

Floorpunch crewneck

At one of the many “last shows” that Floorpunch played, seller bcox631 got this crewneck sweatshirt. This one is a dark navy and hasn’t been worn, because bcox631 gained weight and doesn’t need a medium anymore.

Caught in the cycle… of rip offs?

Every time I go to a show there is a rip off design for sale. Sometimes I’m sick of it, but sometimes (in this case) I support it. enjoid3 is selling a Bitter end Raw deal rip off. It’s no secret that Raw deal/Killing time is my favorite hardcore band so I have a soft spot for those rip offs. I’m not sure if there is a back print on this shirt, there is no picture or any word of it in the description.

Ok, I’m not really going to Disney World. I haven’t been there since 1985. But you know who is? chupaskabro. That’s right. He’s bringing his family and needs to put some scratch together. Morgado can call out Casali all he wants, but not mentioning the seller is unloading stuff in order to take his FAMILY to Disney World is … that’s just poor form on his part. Shame on you Morgado. Give the man his due!

Just Another Raw Deal Rip

I don’t need to tell you how awesome Raw Deal / Killing Time is. You know. And if you don’t know, well, Lynn will give you an earful. And their designs were king. So much so, that over the years, many bands have ripped the design. And done it with style too. Take these crewnecks from xwarofwordsx, thinking_straight and xshawnx716. Just sharp. Floorpunch was first, obviously. I remember seeing this design for the first time at the Greek American gig, one of the first Back To School Jams (the 2nd one back in 1998, to be exact). I was a poor college student and didn’t have enough scratch to buy the tee. I grabbed an In My Eyes tshirt instead. I should thank FP and TDT for reprinting them in crewnecks. Such a great look. And the Backtrack crewneck is from their 2008 – 2009 winter tour. Sharp look.

Killing Time longsleeve

I got this longsleeve in like 95ish at the Tune Inn in New Haven, CT. Its a good shirt despite being on shitty grey(new official name for that color). Its also still a good shirt despite being a cooler Raw Deal graphic with just the band name changed. The only problem with mine is that I bought it in the early mid 90s and it is a giant tent. I have on occasion seen this graphic on a teal shirt. Now that is something I am definitly interested in getting one day.
PS. i still cant believe when I see pics of 2010 version Anthony Killing Time. How is their live show now?

That’s a Raw Deal

When people talk about Raw Deal, how often do you think their name gets used in a pun? I’m guessing that shit happens all the time. How about this reprint shirt? Not a raw deal. It’s a great shirt. Also not a boot, but a legit shirt sold by the band when they reunited a few years back. Probably from 2007. I’ve always enjoyed this shirt. Just a classy looking tee. The only potential raw deal about this shirt? Bullet proof ink. That’d be my guess.
