itsxdead says this is the first Rain On The Parade design. I’d be inclined to agree with him. Very straight forward and to the point. I can’t remember if I ever saw them play or not…my memory is the worst.

Here are two great Rain On The Parade tshirts. I know what you are thinking though. “That grey longsleeve has ink stains.” Two things. If there was one band Spaulding liked more than Insted, it was Rain On The Parade. I don’t know what it was with that guy, but this band ranked up high on his list. Honestly, I think you had to be from Jersey or Philly to really love this band. I think they were definitely a time and place band. Not slagging on them, but they weren’t from my hood and thus, got fewer spins. But not for Spaulding. Dude LOVED this band. Philly transplant, perhaps? Either way, I’m super torn on this crewneck. On one hand, it’s a crewneck! Crewnecks rule. And then again, it’s navy blue. And you know what? Navy blue sucks. I’ll be watching this one from adultcrash2009. We shall see.

The Sarge – Uber Nerd

Ronny Little was the outspoken front man for Rain On The Parade. He is known as Sarge or The Sarge. You may also recall he wrote a biting zine called Fuck You Fanzine. It pulled no punches, telling it like it is. I recall MANY scathing reviews of middle of the road hardcore. It was brutal. But in all that brutality, there was a MAJOR vein of funny. And he continued that funny onto the internet a few years back. Some of you may recall Barebones Hardcore his online zine. It took the Fuck You Fanzine platform global. Go check it out. It may be mothballed, but it’ll still crack you up. It was and still is humorous as hell. I suppose, adultcrash2009 would have to have a sense of humor to play hockey in one of these jerseys … Wow, just wow. Uber nerd status.

And if you can’t get down with a hockey jersey, consider picking up this Rain On The Parade tee. For all of you who like buying items directly from the band members (even if it’s 15 years later), this is the shirt for you. Simple. Love that it’s royal blue, not navy. Awesome.

It’s been a while since we’ve seen a Rain On The Parade tee, over 6 months. The last one had black and red ink with sleeve print. I’m feeling that. This one from eyehatemichigan has green and black ink but sadly, no sleeve print. Still feeling it. Great green color. This auction ends in less than 5 hours and is only at $2.25. That’s bullshit. Check out this dudes other auctions, but don’t bid on the I Hate You tee because I plan on winning it.

This shirt is clean, like super clean.

You don’t see a lot of older white shirts looking … well … so freakin white. In fact, unless this guy is a photoshop pro, this doesn’t appear to have yellowed at all. In 10 years, that’s pretty fucking impressive.

Quality 3 sided tee for sure. Great classic look.

I think people are into ROTP?!? I have no idea. I have been to a bunch of this bands shows but i was never really into them. I know dudes used to go nuts collecting the records. The ROTP stock has probably depreciated a bit so here is your chance too scoop on the cheap.
