Another batch of tees from asone75. Since the pocket tee post from yesterday was all East Coast, I went West Coast for this one, starting with Bad Religion, who we never give enough time to on this site…

We follow it with the infamous No For An Answer Jack Daniels tee, and an Insted design I don’t recall ever seeing before…

…and we wrap it up with a Suicidal Tendencies tee that you probably can’t wear around your Mom. Because she’s dead.

That’s right. According to face_tomorrow, this is a No For An Answer “OC Striaghtedge” bootleg tee.

Given that glaring spelling issue, I sure hope it’s a bootleg … Thankfully, the spelling mistake isn’t on the tshirt. Solid looking tee, even for a boot.

What you see before you is a pretty common No For An Answer shirt for sale by skategoat2005. What I don’t like to see here is the reserve on this one, as I’m guessing it’s way too high. In any case, it’s worth a gamble if you were looking to add a NFAA shirt to your collection. You should have at least one.

Don’t think that live_hard’s OG tee auctions are limited strictly to East Coast acts. I mean, yeah, we saw a couple UC tees yesterday, but every thing else so far has been all Revelation related acts. That changes with this post chock full of Insted, along with a lone No For An Answer tee that as of this writing is kicking Insted’s ass in the price range game…

Good old axtion-henk has up what looks to be an bootleg NFFA shirt in a color Murphy would approve of. It has some bleach stains, which I don’t actually mind too much. There was another bootleg up a few weeks ago that ended up selling for $38. This one starts a little high for my liking, but it’s better than than last one.

JUST SAY NO! Here is a crappy looking bootleg No For An Answer shirt for sale by delgado1972. The graphics looks a little too smooshed together for my liking. I do like the shirt color though, and this one may not be too bad for a beater.

Poison Free…or Frozen Pee?

richardbladeyourself has a habit of pulling out pretty awesome West Coast ‘core merch and this is no exception. Yeah, I know its a boot (which he clearly states in the description) but its pretty awesome nonetheless. The classic “NO” on the front, OC Straight Edge on the back. Great look. I remember reading the “All Ages” book and bassist Sterling Wilson talking about how he would write “Frozen Pee” on his arm right where Dan O has “Poison Free” and how it would really bum him out…always thought the story was pretty funny. I wonder what Dan O thinks about that now…

One of my favorite NFAA designs! This one doesnt seem to popup as often as the others. Its a good color scheme and that orange really pops. The back graphic is big without being way too big. I dont know, shit is just fly to me. This does have a large amount of cracking and chipping on it and it has been ~~butchered~~ tailored down to a medium but without igren actually providing measurement(he wont) its kind of a crap shoot.
Does anyone know what era NFAA this is from?

I know I just got done saying what a great guy Casey Watson is, but we do have to take him to task for this one… AND I QUOTE:

Shirt is old and original. It was professionally tailored from an XL to a L, so although the tag says XL it fits like a large. Because of the tailoring the seams are in great condition.

AUGGH! AUGGH! AUGGGGGGH!

Now, we love Casey, but we HATE tailored tees. HATE THEM. So we’re in an awkward spot. I guess an XL probably tailors down to a L without too much awkwardness though, and he DID say it was professionaly done. It’s not like he had an old girlfriend bring it down to a size Small. So fine. You win this time, tailored tees. But just this once.
