Can someone tell me what cappatron is talking about with this description of a bootleg Life’s Blood shirt being billed as an original?

“I was given this shirt by Andrew on his first ever UK show back in 2002 ish. Talk about a split crowd… one guy hated it so much he headbutted Andrew and he had to go to hospital. Personally I’ve always loved this guy.”

What does that mean???
