I almost had a heart attack this morning when my friend from VB emailed me and said “Did you see the Abused jacket on ebay?” thinking that Jamie from Double Decker Records was selling THEE Abused “Drug Free Youth” jacket from the back of the 7″.
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), the jacket in question is a homemade job care of toxicreason, but a pretty good homemade job at that, and pretty hard looking to boot.
Somehow, smeagol1980 has elevated the cost of crust punk gear. I don’t know how he did it, but he did. Check these two items he is selling. Patchy pants, and patchy leather jacket. I have lots of issues with these items. 1. Any chance he’ll ship these to the “cleanliness” specifications ebay has? 2. After wearing these items for “many, many years,” how did he come up with these BIN prices? 3. When did crust punkers start using ebay AND accumulating TONS of positive feedback? None of this adds up. None of it. The extra pocket for “smokes” make these an instance purchase though.
