In the late 90s, Bane toured America. One of the big spots to hit was Atlanta. For some reason, Atlanta was like a 2nd Worcester to Bane.

When they came back from tour, Bedard told us about this guy who “owned TWO Chung Kings.” We called him a liar. Who the fuck owns TWO Chung Kings and does not have the last name Cooper or McMahon? Seriously.

Little did we all know.

This guy also happened to have a record label. And that label dropped this Chokehold gem. Great little EP. Casali is a fan, that’s for sure. Just the other day, he kept sending me all these Chokehold quotes. I imagined he was moshing in the Starbucks while waiting for his daughter to finish the school day. Good mental pic.

Hopefully Charlie M thinks better of us for this one.
