Apparently owning a Free Spirit shirt is a license to print money these days, and germinariom3 is the latest in a long line of sellers shaping up to bring in more than double the merch table price. Kind of makes me question holding on to my own FS shirts, but I like those dudes too much to even dream of it. Gil’s ok too, I guess.

Needs More Open Minds

One time, during a Free Spirit set, Morgado yelled out “Needs More Open Minds” in reference to Gil’s love of the phrase “open mind.” You’ll see many instances of it in the 2 minute demo. Yes, more than one.

Apparently Gil was so struck by this heckle that he penned a song called Open Minds.**
