Die 116 was one of the Gavin bands not named Burn or Absolution. I actually have never heard or seen them. I did see Pry once at the Church in Cambridge with H2O and TYF tho, so I’m gonna talk about them instead. If memory serves, Pry was definitely a Quicksand/rock type deal, which I obviously wasn’t into at the time. Gavin was impressive and intimidating, but as a band I remember them as being actually pretty boring. Now that I’m actually into that stuff… yeah, still not memorable except for that first time seeing a gigantic Gavin heaving himself over a guitar that may as well have been a ukelele. Anyways, this shirt is for Die 116, who as I understand were along the same lines as Pry, only better and more intense…
On a note of “modern” interest, the Bridge 9 cd version of the s/t No Warning ep totally used these exact same clip art Danger logos…
