Yesterday, Casali brought us a Shelter “In Defense of Reality” EVR tee. Today, seller herheartofau brings us a second one. I’m not really a fan of the tee, but when defending reality, it’s nice to have options.

Converge EVR Windbreaker

In the early aughts, windbreakers were the shit. Lots of bands were releasing them, and you couldn’t swing a set of tulsi beads without hitting a kid wearing them. EVR and their bands were all over this (hell, they may have pioneered its reemergence). Every EVR band seemed to have navy windbreakers. I’m guessing EVR scored a great deal from Harvard or Lee, whichever company happened to make all of these. One King Down had em. Ten Yard Fight had em. Bane had em. I’m sure Saves The Day had em. And as you can see from xedgemetalx’s auction, Converge had one. This one medical creepy. I remember selling one of these shirts in black and getting bank for it. I think my shirt even had gold sparkly ink. No sparkly ink on this one (lucky for you??).

Betrayed And EVR

This Betrayed shirt features something I don’t recall ever having seen on a tshirt before: an Equal Vision Records sleeve print. Sure, we’ve seen plenty of pocket logos or shoulder blade logos, but have you ever seen a sleeve print? I dug back into the HYE archives and couldn’t find an example of one anywhere. Not Shelter, not 108, not Floorpunch or Bane. Maybe there was a Baby Gopal one … nah, unlikely. Go ahead and snag this one from jtdxdk28. I’ve actually never seen this particular shirt design before, which is pretty cool. I love stumbling across hidden merch from great bands. Shout outs to Aram.

108 Holy Name shirt

Here is a nice and simply early 108 shirt. This one was from the first tour I believe. I love how simple the design is. Nothing beats an old 108 shirt that doesn’t look like MMA gear. Black shirt with red ink? I’m all over this one. Check 999organs‘s other items for some other sweet shirts and some Barbie gear.

Floorpunch, Weird

Weird, there are currently THREE Floorpunch tshirts on ebay, and only ONE has a bid. This is odd for a few reasons. Reason #1. There are only THREE shirts up currently. During the summer, ebay was swamped with Floorpunch schwag. Now? Nothing. Reason #2. Over the summer, Floorpunch gear was selling for an arm and a leg. Now? Apparently not even worth a bid. That’s just wrong. Lets have a gander at the two items without bids.

First up from royal-t21 is the Floorpunch longsleeve. This was an EVR design. In the grand scheme of things, this design was traditionally the entering point for FP collectors. It was easier to get a hold of, and was pretty blatantly FP merch. I always avoided the short sleeve for that reason. BUT this is a longsleeve. That easily ups the ante. I’m watching this one closely.

Next up from juanlifejuanchance is the Sound And Fury design from 09. Great shirt here. Previously, it too was selling for an arm and a leg. Today? No bids. That’s wrong. I’ve been waiting for a Large to pop up but I think I’ll take the plunge for an XL. I figure I can just get fat over the winter and it’ll fit like a charm come spring & summer.

Earth Crisis Slugging Crew

For many years, EVR did a big bbq the the EVR HQ. It was a summer tradition. This tradition also involved a big softball game. These days, I have no idea if the tradition continues, but I can’t imagine what those teams are like. Back in the day, if I was picking a fantasy EVR softball team, I’d have to pick every member of Floorpunch, Ten Yard Fight and Bane. These days, not so sure how it’d go. Softball may be cool, but baseball shirts, like this one from brooklyn_collectables, are nyet cool. Unless Earth Crisis is claiming to play softball to death. That I could support. Not sure I’d want them on my team though, you know. That whole weak vegan thing …

Singha?

I can’t look at this Bracewar tee from ragingbull20 without thinking about Singha beer. This is probably an odd association as I’ve never once drank a Singha beer. So yeah, odd. The Shelter-like element of this tshirt is palpable. I bet if you look at the back it has a giant EVR logo (or not).

BIN Ten Yard Fight hoodie

Here is a sweet, sweet Ten Yard Fight hoodie. I love the red on gray color, and I can’t recall seeing this one before. The Buy It Now is set at $50, so if you are trying to bulk up your winter gear, now is a chance to add a gem.

EVR In Defense Of Reality book

Here is a little gem for all you EVR collectors. This is one of Ray Cappo’s books that EVR put out in 1993. I have not read this, but I imagine it is filled with Krishna goodness. Might be a cool coffee table book.

Shelter dick print tee

Some more 90s form the same seller as that great Ignite shirt. This is a Shelter shirt with dick print. That is not a diss on shelter or this shirt. I say dick print because its a 90s XL and with the positioning of that print its gonna be right over your junk. Not the best placement but that was the 90s. Good back though with the giant EVR logo pic but weirdly no mention of EVR on the shirt. Get into this joint.
