pappaedge is a dude I’ve known for many years and has just gotten to the point where it’s time to unload some of his collection. As I’m writing this, he’s still putting more stuff up so I don’t even know what else is coming but for now, he’s got this incredibly green Dropkick Murphys tour tee. The only time I ever saw them was in 1999 (I think it was 99…maybe 98) when they toured with Agnostic Front. To be quite honest, I felt bad for AF that night because the Dropkicks absolutely blew them off the stage to the point where it was kinda hard to enjoy AF. I think that was the only time I saw them. This shirt reminds me of the “Heineken” rip off tee that SkyCameFalling did so many years back.

I was sitting and looking at this Murphys Law shirt that lml-fluffernutter-lml is selling and its pretty tame. The seller says he got it in 96 at a show in New Jersey and DKM opened for them… oh how the tables turn. I don’t know if there is a band that has had more people play in it than Murphys Law.
If you have ever wanted to own a “make 7 up yours” shirt?! Well you’re in luck, lml-fluffernutter-lml is selling one of those too! ;)

Seller anthracite_records is trying to get some money together for his move next year, so he’s selling all sorts of Dropkick Murphys memorabilia, including this pretty nice trio of classy Dropkick Murphy’s duds for us on this Sunday afternoon. I’m especially impressed with the embroidered scally cap (tho I did not have to actually buy one at 13, as my dad wore one and had me sporting them from before I could walk, how’s that for cred?), and I’m sure Standhard or Clevo would dig the Notre Dame rip.

Dropkick Murphys – Not Very Metal

If your ebay name is very*metal, the least you can do is up some actual metal items. Instead, this dude has about 10 Dropkick Murphys items. Nothing metal about that. Regardless, that DKM vest is pretty hot. Shout outs to Larry B.

So many good things in this video: larry sans moustache, a young doc rivers, dunks, 3s, the works. I’m getting a little emotional just watching this video. Good times.

The Dropkick Murphys – Not a Vest

Freshmen year, there was girl in my dorm who LOVED The Dropkick Murphys. She could be seen wearing this jersey OFTEN. And was always talking about how she had never missed a local show. Granted, this was 1997 and times probably changed. I know she rattled on and on about a particular hometown throwdown, but I would sometimes stop listening. She was also a big fan of Less Than Jake. Not sure if there is a connection there or what.

The last time I saw the Dropkicks (sort of) was in 2009. Stu had booked the Dropkicks at the House Of Blues in Boston and had got Bane on the bill. The Bane show was pretty cool for a bunch of faux drunk college kids. Some friends were in the house and even got to stage dive off a beer bar. Security was NYET pleased with that. If you can see yourself stage diving off a beer bar for the band, go ahead and grab this mid 90s jersey from xxxevilxxx666. Setting aside jantvojta’s usual high prices, I’ve gotta say, I don’t really associate the Dropkick Murphy’s with hockey all that much. So a DKM hockey jersey… it’s weird to me. Especially when the logo is clearly a Bruins rip, yet is Celtics colors. Yeah they make sense given the whole Irish theme, but cmon’.
