TT The Bears: The T’s Stand For Tees.

So sometime last week, the late Boston venue TT The Bears decided to auction off the former owner’s collection of tees, leading to the flood of auctions from seller jjckmgt1212. And I admit it: I deliberately slept to try and see if some of this would stay low, and thus more easily scorable. As you’ll see, a lot of it has already gotten past my cheap price range. Case in point: this plain jane Agnostic Front tee with the VIP art on it, and this often reprinted Pixies tee…

The price on this Lemonheads tee makes sense tho, since it’s one of the first tees…

These DRI and Adolescents tees are actually still super duper low, but I think there’s a reason for that: they’re both kind of meh.

And then there’s these two, that are way lower than anyone could possibly expect. A Positive Force Token Entry tee at 15 bucks still? I’m shocked. Not so much shocked on the Dag Nasty 1987 tour tee, but I did expect more at this point for that as well…

A little something for your jean jacket

Somewhere along the way, the art of button making has started to die off. Sure there is that one punk guy in your scene who will make you 100 buttons for $20, but no one ever takes him up on that. Seller kimmyanne81 has a nice selection of some old buttons that you may find interesting. Most of the time old buttons look pretty ghetto, but that’s their charm. Really nice pieces to add to your collection on the cheap.

One last one from itshowmanytimes. This shirt isnt too crisp. Its got a good amount of used in it. I love the pocket print on this shirt. Of course co-opted from Dave Smalleys tattoo. What a fucking great tattoo for your first tattoo! While you look at this shirt Im going to be listening to Can I Say on repeat. Bid this up and help the buyer get some more shelves from Ikea ;)

Dag Nasty Can I say shirt

Now this is a shirt I can get behind! I love can I say so much that even the fact that Travis from blink 182 has it tattooed on him doesn’t get me down. What a record! I got my copy on CD from the Rick ta life travelling flea market. Cut on Rick all you want but his flea market did make it easy to get stuff. I always wanted an old can I say shirt. A couple years ago I settles for a wig out at denkos shirt instead. It’s hard to tell from the pic but the tag looks like early 90s to me. I’d ask xcoldxdeadxhandsx for more pics if that’s what you’re looking for.

You never see too many old Dag Nasty shirts on ebay. Hell, you dont see them anywhere. A Dag Nasty shirt is a good look. Unfortunatly this is not an old shirt just a run of the mill new shirt but still cool none the less. You dont have to be vintage everyday. Again another shirt from Hanger guy

I know more than a few people who have been looking for this shirt and would love to have it in their closet. I also know that none of them would pay the ridiculous Buy IT Now price that the seller is asking for it. What is good on this one is the “Make An Offer” option.
