Free Spirit is headed to California. You better start stretching. No, seriously. Stretch. You’ll be so busy stage diving and finger pointing that you won’t notice when you shred your ACL or cause a hernia. Stretching is serious business. Unlike this tshirt from in_vinyl_we_trust. I’m guessing someone saw the reprint hit the Triple B page, and someone saw an easy flip. Make sure you hit up the Triple B page soon. Sam said he was throwing free stuff into every order this week. WTF? 80s Straight Edge Tshirt

Ok, what’s this tshirt all about? Can anyone verify napoleonbonerparty’s statement? This is an original vintage 1980s Straight Edge novelty shirt. These were worn by straight edge crews in the late 80′s. This shirt was given to me by promoter who pushed bands through Orange County. This is a question for Fred Hammer or Drew Kline or any old SoCal heads. Otherwise, this is just one goofy ass shirt … Actually, either way, it’s a goofy ass shirt.

West Coast Gigging: Rival Mob & The Mongoloids

Last night, I got the chance to chat up Greg Mongo. He was working the Man Overboard table. I was a wee bit confused why he was back there, but the Jersey thing all made sense after I thought about it for 14 seconds more. We talked about the upcoming weekend the Mongoloids and Rival Mob have planned. It sounds like a good time. He even gave me some dope on some hot merch they are dropping. I swore I wouldn’t give out details so you’ll just have to wait to see them for yourself. But from the sound of it, it’s going to be awesome. And if you are wondering why Morgado has been MIA, you can blame this tour package. He’s busy working on a project or two for the gigs as well. For those of you who can’t wait, I’d suggest picking up some of this merch. Like the Rival Mob’s Human Centipede tee from sickpeople90. I imagine the weekend tour will be very simlar to that.

Or what about this Mongoloids zip hood? Great look. Is that back print a Takashi Murakami design? Kaikai kiki. Very superflat.

NFAA longsleeve

As long as loop88 continues to sell cool things I will continue to post them. I like his auctions cause they always have cool anecdotes in the descriptions about where he got them or his experience seeing the band or something cool. This auction doesnt fail to deliver.
“I was at home in 94 one day and a random call from MAD booking in Europe called my house and they wanted to book an Unbroken tour and said it was with No For An Answer (my mind was blow as I wasn’t sure if I heard the guy correctly as his accent was so thick, so I asked him to repeat it and he said “No For An Answer” yelling it. I was like ok, so I took all the information down being confused as I was and gave it to Rob of Unbroken. Unbroken turned down the tour as they weren’t feeling it, it than got pushed to Mean Season who did do the tour instead. Anyhow, I got this shirt from a dude in Mean Season who brought it back for me and I have held on to it ever since”

He also states that “The original shirt made in the late 80’s only for a few people in their circle of friends”. Is he referring to a longsleeve or this design in general? I feel like ive seen a ton of Jack rip offs. Hell, even I own one. Can anyone clarify?

My War

This is an older Black Flag shirt. Not a gig era shirt but early 90s. During that time period SST was using a lot of shirts with their own tags on the inside. They were pretty good quaity shirts too. The cotton is pretty thick on them. This shirt is not as cool as a “Side 2″ My War shirt but its still pretty cool. Does anyone know when they stopped using those shirts with those tags?

Carry Out

Need a Carry On tshirt? No problem. Need 4 Carry On tshirts with combined shipping? Again, no problem. crucial_times has got your back (and your front …). I loved Carry On. Those EPs were so fucking good. And the LP on B9 was also excellent. There was a lot of hype leading up to it’s release, and thankfully, it met that hype. Even when Ryan got the shotgun / turkey hawk, the band still ripped it up. Those Wallingford KOC shows were intense. Always a blast. Here’s your chance to pick up some of those gems.

Inside Out shirt

Everyone loves a good Inside out shirt. I really wanna get a longsleeve with the revelation records sleeve print. This one is pretty good too. Its a little different than the ones currently in print as it is only one color form the looks of the pics. loop88 was too lazy to take pics of the back but its prob the same standard back as the ones revvhq still sells. If you wanna pick up a slightly older shirt(15 years-ish old) and not break the bank than this is probably for you. New or old an Inside out shirt rules. Remember about 15 years ago when you were guaranteed to hear at least one “no spiritual surrender” cover at every show?

Im sure Casali has a whole stockpile of these. Probably deadstock too. My secret shame is that I have no Uniform Choice shirts. I dont know why either, they have amazing shirts. They were the kings of 3 and 4 sided shirts! This shirt looks to be in great condition too. Just the right amount of wear. Plus you dont really see UC longsleeves everyday. They always seem to be short sleeved. At this point I will take a shirt in any sleeve length. Again another great shirt from loop88 I might have to get a bid in on this so Casali doesnt have to be ashamed of me anymore

Insted tour shirt

We are not the only ones watchingxxxevilxxx666‘s auctions. This has less than a day and man that price is crazy. Its a pretty good shirt though. You dont really see this shirt as much. I think this is only the second time ive seen this. Again a great looking neck and no pit stains. I dont think youre gonna see another one in this condition again. So pos.

Uniform Choice shirt

xxxevilxxx666 constant with the fire this week. A dope shirt even it is from the least loved era of Uniform Choice. I know of dudes are feeling this record now in their post HC days but you know they were bummed when it came out. This shirt is minty fresh! I dont think youll find one in better condition. I love an old shirt with a nice Unstretched out neck.
