Sideways BINs.

Couple more BIN’s for today, these two from liferchris. I’d have fixed the pictures for him, but since these are both XXXL’s, odds are a lot of you will be able to actually wear them sideways.

Is this Backtrack tee intended to be a Breakdown nod? I’d guess yes. The font seems very appropriate. Know what I’m saying? You think Backtrack covers Breakdown but sing about Whopper Juniors instead of Big Macs? Jeez, xdeathtoallx has some excellent items from the last few years, all with super low bids or no bids. I think I’ll be scooping up some cheap items.

Causin’ More Trouble in 88. I Mean 09.

Seller x2fast2livex brings us one of the better rip off shirts that have been done in recent years, from a band that loves Breakdown so much that it would have been a shame for them to have never made this shirt. I mean, one could make a decent argument that without Floorpunch, Breakdown would still be at their late 90s/early 00s level of popularity with the youth.

Want to compare and contrast? The seller says it’s Porter causin’ the trouble, but I prefer to think it’s Cooper. And yes, before some wise ass brings it up in the comments, Porter called me up to sing Safe In A Crowd at the first FP reunion, and YES I blanked on the lyrics and made a fool of myself. I blame Hoodrack for not being up front when Mark started looking for someone to sing it.

Now let’s never speak of it again.

Sure it’s not a sweet alien ringer or a causin mad trouble shirt, but sometimes you have to settle for less than perfection. Solid shirt you can be happy to wear during a street fight.

I hate to say it but this shirt was cooler before the 100s of reprints. I shouldnt feel that way because a cool Breakdown shirt is a cool Breakdown shirt but after seeing tons of them all over the place it lost a little bit of that specialism(is that a word?) that it once had to me. It used to be a real treat to see a cool BD shirt and then it was ruined. I guess it would be like if McDonalds served the Shamrock shake all year round. It would still be delicious but not as. Rant over.
