In an interesting move, graysonblanchette777 lists this dirty denim jacket as a Give Up The Ghost American Nightmare Levis Jacket. Thing is, it’s a gross denim jacket with just a Give Up The Ghost (or as I call them, American Nightmare. Speaking of AN, do you think that shitty metal cover band of the same name could cause such a commotion for a reunion gig? I think not. They’d probably be happy to fill their local watering hole with 6 people they are NOT related to… You know what I mean?). But if you like Levi’s denim jackets with one patch sewn on, please, jump on this BIN… Uh huh.

American Nightmare BIN Bonanza

How’s this for a great way to start your weeekend? Looking back on the last decade, I believe that American Nightmare (Give Up The Ghost) will be looked upon as one of the most important hardcore bands of the last 10 years. Always great live, lots of energy and easily one of the loudest bands I’d ever seen. Shop Shogun has been reprinting many of their old designs but 4 of the 5 that fakeplasticluv256 is selling were not reprinted. The last of the 5 (F*ck These Memories) was reprinted but with an added color not in the original. Scoop up an OG and get ready for their shows at the end of the month.

Internet Nightmare

I’m surprised there isn’t more American Nightmare shirts up on eBay. With the recent sold out ticket sales of the upcoming shows in Boston and LA, I’m also surprised that the shirt that is up for sale isn’t going for much. This shirt that xxxpromisexxx is selling is fairly worn, but maybe you can get it for cheap since a lot of people are sleeping on it. I’m sure right before and after the shows more shirts will pop up.

One final one from tmm3188 before it ends in a few hours. There was a time you couldn’t swing a dead cat in Philly without hitting one of these shirts. I used to have a jacket with it on the back, and a friend of mine has it screened on a toilet seat. I Hate You. shows were always amazing to go to. You could always count on a ton of shit talking, crowd provoking and at least one fight. I saw someone get hit with a ladder once.

Barfight Brigade.

You know how pretty much every time we post a Right Brigade or Barfight tee on here, we end up posting the video of Standhard singing with Barfight? Ever wondered what show that was from? Well here’s our friend Thomas with the answer, along with the shirt from the show…

One of the members of Barfight got married and had a wedding show. All the bands listed above played*. Standhard got up and Barfight played a Right Brigade song. Such a fun show.

*- said bands included American Nightmare. Their name is on the the shirt too. Just sayin’.

Hopefully I didn’t step on our own xchipxsem’s toes here by being the one who posts up his 2001 Summer Tour AN tee and mentions this, but it sure seems to me like we’re way behind on the big news of the week: American Nightmare is playing 2 reunion shows at the end of December! Tickets go on sale tomorrow at noon, you absolutely are gonna want to be on top of that… the main question on my mind? Will they buy the intro back from AJ (well, technically Sami Reiss of Trumbull Escapades, since AJ in turn sold it to him) and play it?

Fat Heads Need Not Investigate

American Nightmare was quite possibly the biggest hardcore band in the 2000s. They were huge. Toured everywhere. Big venues, lots of kids. Tons of fans, merch was skyrocketing. Through all of that, the dudes in the band maintained smallish egos. None of them got fat heads. If they owned this sweatshirt from xdontbreaktheoathx, they’d be in luck. You see, the first printing of these hoods were on the weakest hoods. The bodies were great, but the hoods were TINY. Like pinheads only. It was a bit of a bummer. The second printing was MUCH better. I’m sure the Shop Shogun printing is even better.

Ruiner’s American Nightmare

Nice Ruiner “American Nightmare” interpretation (I don’t want to call it a rip off) being sold by xxxpromisexxx. This was printed by Bridge 9 and sold during Valentine’s Day through their webstore if I remember correctly. I think it was a one time printing…nice look.
