Another day, another cool contest! Our friends at 6131 records have graciously given us a copy of the newly released Alpha and Omega Life Swallower LP on GREEN vinyl, limited to 300, as well as an Alpha and Omega shirt (pics soon …) to give away to our readers. If you haven’t heard this yet, head on over to the Alpha and Omega myspace page to check the new songs out. If you don’t know, these boys have been grinding on this album for a while now. From what we’ve heard so far, it’s been worth the wait.

The Illuminati Horror Show

Is it just me or does this Alpha And Omega sweatshirt posted by xchatomanx give off a weird Illuminati horror graphic? I could picture this coming out of the mid 90s Dark Horse stable, you know? Whatever the case, Alpha And Omega are doing something right. They are working hard on blowing up. Most shows these days have a kid or two in Alpha And Omega gear. Good for them. Should be cool to see them at Sound And Fury Fest. I’m looking forward to that.

There is something to be said about a shirt with BOLD print. This shirt has the same in your face vibe as a Reign Supreme shirt. There is a lot of ink on this bad boy and I would hate to wear it in the summer. A short sleeve in this design would be choice.

WTF? Dumbass BIN Prices

At first, I thought the seller had a typo in his BIN price for the Blacklisted tee. Then I checked ALL the items and realized the seller was higher than a kite.

It’s sort of unfortunate for the seller because he just wasted $1.50 (I think it still costs $0.10 to create a BIN price). But some of shirts are just dope. And possibly, courtesy of his dumbass BIN prices, they are all still SUPER cheap. The most expensive tee with 1 day left is just broke the $10 barrier. I’m suggesting you jump on these, just NOT the BIN prices …

What we are looking at here is the newest release from the street wear label Crooks And Castles.

A small brand that started in 2002 and has now grown incredibly. You’ll see their merch in lots of high end skate shops and fashion boutiques globally. You can even snag their gear on karmaloop.

With a quiet refined taste …

This is an Alpha And Omega tee that just REALLY looks like a Crooks and Castles Tee. Whoops.

Regardless, I really enjoyed Alpha And Omega when I saw them play Allston last August. Great gig, great band. And not a bad tee either. Don’t get it twisted, I like this tee. Quality look. Continue reading »
